Californian Massage

Because they share similar techniques, the Californian Massage is in the same family as the Swedish and Esalen Massages. It is characterized by long and harmonious movements that sculpt and envelop the body as well as incorporates a more vigorous and intense pressure in order to soothe more profound tensions. This global approach aims to relax muscles, the physical body as a whole, and also awaken the psycho-corporal conscience. It is a massage that incorporates oil directly on the skin. The sessions last between 60 and 90 minutes.

Sports Massage

Using a wide body of techniques, this massage favours recuperation, preparation, and the overall wellbeing of a client before or after a sports activity or work task that demands the physical body. The Sports Massage is a massage incorporating oil directly on the skin. These techniques can be easily integrated into the Californian Massage as a means to render it as a more global and all-encompassing treatment.
